What's in this bottle continues to be special. It's been coined, "the liquid of the year" after each limited-production release and we only make it once a year. Castle Long Reserve by Five Pawns has been aged and steeped in a treated oak barrel for perfect and robust flavor. This latest release takes us back to its roots with its early labeling and unique flavor profile of toasted coconut, roasted almond, brown sugar, two different vanillas (Madagascar vanilla bean & French vanilla), a hint of Kentucky bourbon, and aged in American Oak. This one continues to be special and we’re excited to once again share it with the world.

Our non-barrel aged version is a combination of the dark, refined spirit of Kentucky Bourbon, accented with toasted coconut, roasted almond, Madagascar vanilla bean, and laced with a caramelized brown sugar. Perfect with a glass of scotch!
