I usually put the bottle in my armpit while I watch TV or read for 20 or so minutes, then shake the hell out of it, then streathe it (cap on, squeezing air in and out), then shake again, and pop the top and leave it open 24 hours to breathe/mature/soften. I'll do this every day for a week, less or more depending how the juice responds, and then they're ready, matured and the 'screamer' flavors settled into the balance intended for the juice.
